Review: Novotel Citygate Hong Kong

Every time I visit Hong Kong, I always stay in Causeway Bay area. We used to have an apartment there so this area is familiar to us. But even though I've been to Hong Kong countless time, I've never been to the giant Buddha in Ngong Ping village. Yeah.....what a shame :p

So this time we decided to stay in Novotel Citygate Hotel, Tung Chung area for 2 days. It turned out we really enjoy our stay there.
First of all the location of this hotel is very convenient. The lobby has direct access to Citytgate outlet mall. So we don't need to worry about food and of course shopping. It's the mall where you can get branded stuff with lower price. Click here for mall directory.
Tung Chung cable car station and MTR station are also within walking distance. Disneyland is only 2 MTR stops away and about 30 minutes to city center.

The room is very comfy, with beautiful view over the sea. Well not the luxury type of room but it's cozy enough for me. I really like the area which is quiet and far from the noise of city traffic.
The hotel also provide complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, available from 6:00 to 23:45 at 15-minute intervals.
I will definitely stay in this hotel again on my next visit to Hong Kong :)
